Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our steering wheels and airbag covers, all sales are generally final once production has begun.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect customization selections made by the customer

• Incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer

• Preference regarding color, material, stitching, stripe, or other selected options

• Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery

If you believe you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact ExotixSteering as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.

Any return must be approved by ExotixSteering before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because our products are made to order, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed once production or customization has begun.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by ExotixSteering.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
