📜 Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

At Exotix Steering, many of our products are custom-built to order. Please review the information below before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if production has not yet begun.

Because most of our products are made to order, once production has started or the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.


2. Custom-Made Products

Many of our steering wheels, airbag covers, and specialty parts are built specifically to your selected configuration.

For custom-made items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Please ensure all specifications, model selections, and options are correct before placing your order.


3. Returns & Eligibility

Because our products are custom-built, all sales are considered final unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for the next steps.


4. Inspection Period

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this inspection period, products are considered accepted.

Claims submitted after 7 days are not eligible for refund or replacement.


5. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • An incorrect variant or model was selected by the customer

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage was reported after the 7-day inspection period

Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with steering wheel replacement.


6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to a shipping error on our end.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.


7. Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted international manufacturing partners to produce high-quality custom components.

Delivery Timeline:

Production Time: Approximately 3–4 weeks
Standard Delivery: Typically 2–4 weeks after production

Total delivery time may vary depending on product type, demand, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Larger products (such as body kits or oversized components) may require additional handling time.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear documentation.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Issue a replacement

  • Provide a partial refund

  • Provide a full refund if necessary


9. Warranty

All products are inspected prior to shipment.

If your item arrives defective, please notify us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Unless otherwise stated, long-term wear, environmental damage, or improper installation are not covered.
