At Exotix Steering, many of our products are made to order and shipped from international warehouses. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production

Many of our products are custom-built or made to order. Production timelines vary by product.

Made-to-order items typically require 2–3 weeks of production before shipping
In rare cases, production may take longer due to material availability or customization details

Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete:

Standard Shipping: Most orders arrive within 6–9 weeks
Express Shipping (if available): Usually delivered within 3–5 weeks

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, customs clearance, carrier delays, and destination.

International Shipping

All orders ship from overseas warehouses. As a result:

Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear, depending on the carrier.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with our logistics partners, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

If your shipment appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us, and we will assist in investigating the issue.
